PP Film Granulation Line Description:
The three-in-one PP film granulation line is a new generation model developed by Fangsheng company for the high-efficiency and high-speed recycling of LDPE, HDPE, and PP waste film extrusion and granulation. The unit integrates multiple functions of raw material transportation, crushing, extrusion and granulation. The production process saves the labor of repeated turnover and transportation of raw materials. The waste film generates thermal pellets during the crushing process, which is beneficial to compression and plasticization. The PP film granulation machine has a high output. Low energy consumption, low work intensity of workers, good quality of recycling and granulation, it is an ideal equipment for waste film recycling, extrusion and granulation.
