PP BOPP CPP Film Granulating Line Introduction:
The PP BOPP CPP film granulating line is used to pelletize the film to granules. This PE film granulating line has an agglomerator tank on extruder, suitable for all kinds of plastic film, such as PP, PE, BOPP, CPP.
PP film granulating machine capacity is from 100kg/h to 400kg/h. Water ring pelletizing line and strand pelletizing line can be selected.
PP BOPP CPP Film Granulating Machine Features:
1.PP film granulating machine is washing and granulating in one go. PP film granulating machine mainly includes washing system and granulating system. According to dirty degree of the material, the machine will be different.
2.Usually the final moisture content after washing system is around 3-5%. Plastic film granulating machine can use in granulating system directly.
3.PP film granulating machine is crushing, aggregator, granulatig all-in-one. Film feeds by belt conveyor to cutting compaction system, no need crusher to crushing film into pieces.
