The plastic granulator line is designed to handle PE films and plastic bottles,so it includes die face cutting and strand cutting.
When you change ingredients, you also need to change the granulation method.
At the customer’s request, the electrical components in the electrical cabinet of this granulator are UL certified.
The PE film goes from the belt conveyor into the compactor.The film is shredded in compactor and sent to the extruder for heating, finally cut into pellet.
Different from PE film，the plastic bottle flakes enter the granulator through a screw feeder.
Because there is no need to use compactor, we installed a groove inside the compactor. The bottle flakes are directly fed into the extruder through this groove for heating.
