Productivity is highly increased if with parallel double screw compared with usual pelletizing line same screw size. Pellets quality is excellent with low moisture and no bubbles, because of special screw design, vacuum degassing system and strict filtration system. 1. Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA, inlet mouth treated with special alloy: very strong and long life.
