PET Flakes Pelletizing Line Description:
PET flakes pelletizing line consists of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system.
The extrusion system includes a hopper and a die. PET flakes pelletizing machine is plasticized into a uniform melt through the extrusion system, and the die is continuously extruded by the screw under the pressure established in the process.
Screw: Mmain component of the extruder, which is directly related to the application range and productivity of the extruder. Screw is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant alloy steel.
Cylinder: generally made of alloy steel or composite steel pipe lined with alloy steel that is heat-resistant, high compressive strength, strong, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. The barrel and the screw are matched to realize the crushing, softening, melting, plasticizing, exhaust and compaction of the plastic, and the continuous and uniform delivery of the rubber material to the molding system. Generally, the length of the barrel is 15-30 times its diameter, so that the plastic can be fully heated and plasticized as a principle.
PET flakes pelletizing machine adopts a twin-screw extruder, adopts high exhaust, and the hydraulic screen changer does not stop the screen to change the screen. It has good plasticizing effect, stable output, long-term stable continuous production, and low energy consumption.
