PET Bottle Flake Granulator Machine Introduction:
The PET bottle flake granulator machine combines a general granulation production line and assembly feed, which greatly improves the efficiency. The material will be plasticized and become denser, and then sent to the heating screw. If parallel twin screws are used, the productivity is greatly improved compared with the PET bottle flake granulation line of the same screw size. Due to the special screw design, vacuum exhaust system and strict filtration system, the produced particles are of excellent quality, low moisture, and no bubbles. Strand pelletizing system is our advantage, which can cut materials.
PET Bottle Flake Granulator Features:
1. Simple operation: automatic constant temperature control, stable performance. After adjustment, one or two workers are enough to run the PET bottle flake granulator.
2. The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA, and the feed port is treated with a special alloy: very strong and long service life.
3. High output, long life and low noise.
4. Low cost of use: more economical in terms of power consumption.
