LLDPE Film Pelletizing Machine Description:
This LLDPE film pelletizing machine is a fully automatic pelletizer, namely feeding, crushing, conveying and pelletizing are finished at one time. An extruder vent can be drilled or not according to material characteristics, and the pelletizing methods (strand pelletizing, water ring hot face cutting, etc.) may be chosen based on user needs. Single-plate double-station screen changer has a large filtration area, without any downtime. It covers a small area and has good performance. For dirty films, we can provide a plastic film cleaning machine for cleaning, and start pelletizing after drying. For relatively wet films, we can use two-stage plastic pelletizer for pelletizing.

4. Special screw and cylinder design makes the mixing and dispersion better, thus effectively improving the problems of black spots and color difference.
5. The forced feeding device and hydraulic quick screen changer can be selected according to the particularity of the materials, leading to a higher production capacity but lower power consumption.
6. Vacuum or ordinary exhaust system can easily discharge water vapor, waste gas and impurities, which makes the discharge more stable and the colloidal pellet quality reliable.
