LLDPE Film Granulation Line Description:
LLDPE film granulation line is used to pelletizing the scraps to granules, but this line has an agglomerator tank on extruder, it is suitable for al kinds of plastic film, such as PE, LLDPE, LDPE.
The extruder adopts adjustable speed motor with frequency conversion and automatic temperature control system, which makes it possess the characteristics of stable property, goodplasticization, even mixing, compact structure, high automation and eficiency of production .LLDPE Film Granulation Line is equipped with exhaustion structure which makes the gas emission in the process of plasticization.
LLDPE Film Granulation Line Features:
1. Suitalbe for HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and PP.
2. Equipped with the vertical and horizontal force-feeding device to ensure high output.
3. Vent design on the barrel to evaporate the volatiles form the recyle maerial.
4. Hydraulic screen change unit and pressure gauge for easy operation and safety.
5. Water chamber with die face cutter simplifes the process.
6. The vertical centrifuge separates and dry the pellets faster.
7. High-efficient force-feeder ensures high capacity feeding, low energy consumption
