LDPE Film Granulation Line Description:
The LDPE film granulation line is designed for blown film, garment packaging bags, industrial waste film, washed agricultural film, garbage film, PP woven bags, non-woven bags, ton bag granulation and the remaining waste of LDPE trimmings Designed. The LDPE film granulation machine includes belt conveyor, cutting compactor, extruder, pelletizing unit, pellet cooling, drying unit and storage tank. It combines cutting, extrusion and granulation together. The raw materials do not need to be pre-cut and can be directly sent to the pelletizing production line. The cutting compactor generates frictional heat during the compaction process, which helps to dry and remove water from the washed film.
