Because HDPE film has good toughness, it needs to be shredded by a shredder before being sent to the granulator.
The shredded film is sent to the compact bin for crushing and heating. This step can speed up the melting of the raw materials and increase the output.
The film heated by the squeezer is cut into particles by die face cutting, and then cooled by a water ring.
Finally, the HDPE pellets are dehydrated in the vertical dehydrator and enter the silo after being screened by the vibrating screen.
