HDPE Film Granulating Line Description:
Fangsheng HDPE film granulating line is used to granulate from cleaned or cleaned PP, PE film. According to different materials and different customer needs, we provide customers with different options, such as different L/D ratios, multiple exhaust screw structures, single-stage and two-stage designs, and different pelletizing die heads. The HDPE film granulating machine capacity is 80~1000kg/h. The pellets we obtain from the HDPE film pelletizer can be directly used for sales, pelletizing, injection molding, extrusion and blown film.
HDPE Film Granulating Line Features:
1. The characteristics of high output and low energy consumption, equipped with large torque reducer and motor, and the screw is specially designed and processed. No dead ends, no iron plugs, effectively improving production capacity and enhancing plasticity.
