At this exhibition, Fangsheng Machinery carried double stage compactor water ring pelletizing line, a squeezer, a vertical dehydrator, and a single and double shaft shredder. Our will start up all day to demonstrate the working process of the plastic granulator.
The double stage pelletizing line adopts a coalescing machine to feed, which greatly improves the production efficiency. The film will be semi-melted, become a higher density, and then injected into the heating screw. If compared with the usual compactor system, the productivity will be greatly improved. Due to the special screw design, vacuum degassing system and strict filtration system, the particles are of excellent quality, low moisture, and no bubbles. The water ring cutting system is our advantage, which can cut PE film and PP woven material.
