This compactor pelletizing line with strand cutting have high effectively exhausting, filter, screen changer. Material is cut, pre-dried, pre-heated, pre-homogenized and compacted in the Compactor/shredding drum.
This compactor pelletizing line combines usual pelletizing line with assembled feeding, which highly improves efficiency. Material will be half-melted and become higher density, then be fed to heating screw. Productivity is highly increased if with parallel double screw compared with usual pelletizing machine same screw size. Pellets quality is excellent with low moisture and no bubbles, because of special screw design, vacuum degassing system and strict filtration system. 1. Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA, inlet mouth treated with special alloy: very strong and long life.
