2. The plastic pelletizing machine adopts air-cooled cooling mode, including agglomerate feeding, heating extrusion screw, hot cutting device, fast air cooling system, pellet collection device and electric cabinet control system.
3. In the heating and plasticizing process of raw material, strict temperature control technology ensures that the molecular structure of materials will not be damaged as much as possible during the heating process. The advanced air cooling method can ensure that the material does not contact with water, and also protect the physical properties of the material.
